Training plays an important role in socio-economic development. The workers and the beneficiaries should be trained enough to implement different development activities. Every human has some hidden qualities and knowledge but due to some circumstances she/he could not reveal these knowledge and qualities. Through training, this hidden knowledge can be revealed. Considering the necessity of the people of the program areas, SDI arranges different training progrmmes for their beneficiaries and staff members so that they can contribute themselves for the development of the country.
